Milwaukee Brewers broke the dead lock in their last at bats, pulling out a 7 to 6 win over the Toronto Blue Jays and sending their home town fans home smiling.
The game was won by Milwaukee with a run in the 9th inning. Charlie Moore drew a walk. After an out was recorded, Don Money stepped up to the plate and he doubled making Milwaukee victorious to the delight of the the home town crowd. Despite scoring in 6 separate innings, Toronto could not get the win.
Bill Castro(3-2) was the winner allowing no runs in 1/3 of an inning. Pete Vuckovich(0-5) took the loss in relief. He gave up 2 hits and 1 walk in 3 and 2/3 innings.
