At Exhibition Stadium the reeling Toronto Blue Jays were battered 8 to 3 by the Baltimore Orioles.

Mike Flanagan(5-3) gave Baltimore a solid outing. He went 8 and 2/3 innings surrendering 10 hits and 1 walk. Toronto had 10 hits in the game while Baltimore had 6, but Baltimore had the more timely hits.

Dave Lemanczyk(4-7) was given the loss. Baltimore continued their winning ways, with their streak now at 6 games and counting.
